Standard flanges are used in a wide variety of engineering designs and serve to perform strong and tight connections of different parts. Features of the procedure

In the course of work, complex units are used that heat zinc to a temperature of at least 500 degrees. Before immersion of hardware, metal structures or other elements in the bath with molten metal, experts perform a number of important preparatory work. Most of them are aimed at degreasing and grinding the most difficult areas. This allows to achieve the most complete and accurate application of zinc. After complete cooling, the quality of work is evaluated, in cases of detection of deficiencies, methods of their elimination are determined. Most often, problems with hot-dip galvanizing flanges does not occur due to the peculiarities of the procedure. Terms of work depend solely on the volume of the order and the workload of the production line.
