Dip galvanizing is a popular procedure used by large enterprises in Europe, the USA and China. The method is very simple and easy to perform. It does not require large expenditures and the technology stands out for its ease. The pre-cleaned product is immersed in a special bath, where zinc is melted to a temperature of +450°C. Due to purification and etching in acid, the product is cleaned of scale and other defects, which will improve the quality of adhesion of the protective layer to the metal.
After all the preparatory work, the structure is immersed in the bathroom, where a certain time is spent in accordance with the technology. Upon completion, the item is dried in a special chamber resulting in a galvanized channel with a coating thickness of 40 to 200 microns.
