With the transition to the iron age, people began to increasingly use products made of various metals. Since metal products are highly susceptible to corrosion, the method of their protection — hot-dip galvanizing was invented. This method of galvanizing is known since the mid-eighteenth century. It consists in the following: the finished product (most often steel) is placed in a bath with molten zinc. Thanks to a special installation, the product provides continuous access to zinc masses. This process is long, time-consuming, but effective.
Road barriers — the main components of the roadway and traffic in General. They make traffic safe and prevent traffic jams. Perform the following functions: the separation of road and pedestrian zones, the redistribution of flows, reduce the force of impact and do not allow the car to fly off the roadway.
Unfortunately, road barriers are subjected to difficult tests: the merciless natural environment, excess moisture, exposure to reagents, mechanical damage. They need additional protection. For this purpose, hot-dip galvanizing of road barriers is carried out.
